It depends on the complexity. For simple repairs (e.g. brake pads or diagnostics), it might be a few hours. More involved work—like engine or transmission rebuilds—can take one or more days. We'll always give you a time estimate before starting and keep you updated.
We strive to accommodate urgent needs when possible. If your vehicle is disabled or you have an immediate concern, contact us early and we’ll do our best to expedite the repair.
While most of our work is done in our fully equipped shop, we may be able to arrange mobile service or vehicle shuttle in select cases—just reach out and we’ll discuss options for your location.
We prioritize high-quality parts (OEM or equivalent) whenever possible. In some cases, we may use aftermarket or rebuilt parts if it’s appropriate and cost-effective. We always discuss part options with you before proceeding.
Yes — we stand behind our work. We provide a warranty on both parts and labor. (Specify the warranty period your shop offers, e.g. 12 months / certain kilometers, or lifetime, etc.)
Absolutely. After diagnostics, we provide a clear, written estimate. We never proceed without your approval. If we discover additional issues mid-repair, we contact you first before doing extra work.
Bring your vehicle registration or any proof of ownership, previous service records (if you have them), and a description of the symptoms (strange sounds, warning lights, etc.). If insurance, warranty, or fleet policies apply, bring that info too.
We use advanced diagnostic tools (computer scan tools, multimeters, pressure tests, etc.) to pinpoint the root cause. This reduces guesswork and ensures we only repair what’s needed.
Yes — we offer fleet / commercial repair and maintenance services. Whether you have 2 or 20 vehicles, we can tailor a maintenance plan, scheduling, and discounts for regular service.
Common signs include engine / transmission warning lights, unusual noises or vibrations, fluid leaks, reduced performance, electrical problems, overheating, or poor fuel economy. If something feels off, bring it in for a check.

Our technicians are certified and continuously trained. We follow manufacturer specifications and standards, run post-repair testing and safety checks, and use quality parts to ensure your vehicle is safe and reliable before you collect it.
The cost depends on factors such as parts, labor hours, complexity, vehicle make/model, and whether unexpected issues arise during repair. We aim to keep pricing transparent and will explain how each cost is itemized.
We work with many insurance providers. We can provide documentation to help with claims. If third-party billing is required, reach out and we’ll explore whether direct billing is possible.
